All deliveries are handled by FedEx or UPS. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the size of the shipment, material availability, and the delivery location. Orders are processed once full payment is received.

Made to Order
Custom & Bespoke Rugs
- Production time: 4–8 weeks
- Timeline varies by size, color & material availability
- Shipped directly from the mill upon completion
Carrier notice: We ship exclusively via FedEx and UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate deliveries to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure a valid street address is provided at checkout.
Payment Structure — Custom Orders

Place Your Order
A 50% deposit is required to begin production on any custom or made-to-order rug.

Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and prior to shipment from the mill.
